Kogarashi is the titular protgaonist of the Kamen no Maid Guy series. A towering and lethal superman in maid's clothing with facial features that includes a grin showing his sharp teeth and glowing eyes; he is also known for his sinister "Kukukukuku" laugh, most characters refer him as a "Monster" because of it.
